Return Policy for Instore Sales
We hope you will be delighted with everything you have purchased from us, but if for any reason you change your mind, we will be happy to offer you an exchange if they are returned to us within 28 days with a valid till receipt from Bellus Amor LTD. Returns without a receipt or proof of purchase will not be accepted.
Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached to the garment. Please note due to hygiene reasons, briefs, thongs or any under garment cannot be returned.
Refunds will not be offered for change of mind sales. This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights.
If for any reason your purchase does appear to have a fault within 6 months of purchase, we will return this to the manufacture for inspection who will finalise a repair, replacement or return the item if not cared for as per the label.
Bra Fitting Appointments
Our fitting appointments are a 1:1 bespoke service with a passionate and dedicated bra fitter. Our bra fitting service is offered complimentary when you purchase your lingerie from us. Should for any reason you not purchase following your fitting there will be a £15 consultation charge which will be redeemable on any purchase for up to 28 days.
Return Policy for online sales
If you made your purchase direct from our online shop for postal, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to notify us of your intention to return, stating your unique delivery number along with your reason for the return or exchange. This helps us keep track of your items when they reach us and so we can process your return or exchange as quickly as possible.
Your order must then reach us within the following 14 days from your first date of contact. Please ensure you allow enough time for the postal service you choose to get your order back to us.
Items must be returned to us in their original condition with the labels intact and the garment unworn and unwashed. Please ensure any briefs, thongs or swimwear are tried on over your own underwear.
We reserve the right to refuse items where it is apparent this has not been done. We can also not accept returns on hosiery when the pack has been opened.
Once we’ve received your return parcel we will try our best to process your refund within 3 working days*
Please note that it may take a further 5-10 days for your bank to process the refund, this is unfortunately out of our control.
Your refund will be credited to the same card you used to place the order.
Please note that you will need to cover the shipping cost of returned items.
